INTERLOCK

Smart access and security for banks!

In its simplest form, an interlock system consists of two doors electronically linked so that either door cannot open until the other is closed.

After entering the first door, you must wait for it to close before you can open the second one.

It's the same concept as using decompression chambers.

The system can operate autonomously and can also be integrated into building access control.

Protection and security of Users and facilities

Why use interlock systems in banks?
Banks with access through interlocked doors, in the event of a robbery, are more difficult targets to access and take longer to escape, this prevents and helps to avoid robberies.

Door interlocking systems, which allow access to only one door in an area at a time, help to ensure a very high level of security because the second door can only open when the first door is already closed. This allows the Cashier or Security Guard to observe who is entering and leaving the bank and manage or block their passage in good time, in either direction!

They also include intercom devices between the person(s) inside the ticket booth and the security console or cashier. Advanced systems can also integrate biometric devices for face, eye and/or fingerprint identification for accurate identity verification, resulting in a higher level of sophistication and security.

Banks and other financial institutions, given the value of their assets, require a higher level of security than most other commercial spaces. Interlocking door systems, with the high level of security they provide, make them ideal for use in banking, financial, central cash and cash depots.

Some advantages

High level security at entrances

In case of doubt or suspicion, Caixa can remotely block any of the doors immediately, thus preventing unwanted entries.

In case of doubt, the system has an intercom and cameras in the directions of the entrance that allow two-way communication at any time.

Additional security systems

Interlocking doors are often equipped with a variety of systems of different types of detection, for example metal/weapon sensors, people counting which when you exceed the threshold set in the cabin, prevent the second door from opening.

Access Credentials

In addition to standard button opening methods, we can integrate with access control and add card and PIN code readers, biometric readers that recognize faces, retinas or fingerprints and add high-level security.

Reputation improvement

Just as a lack of security can cause you to lose your customers, proactively implementing security processes can be a motivation to attract new customers.

Team safety and stress reduction

Protection for Users, operations and businesses, controlled access means more security and comfort for everyone.
